I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The owners are kind and polite and are very professional. She cut my hair very well and it is the best haircut I have ever had. I’ve gone to Mahboob salon (all locations) for almost 20 years. Maqsooda makes me and my entire family feel welcome and like her family. Most recently, she pierced the ears of my 2.5 month old baby. I visited here for the first time, i usually never leave reviews, But may my review helpful to others. I scheduled online appointment and visit here, As everyone is saying they’re friendly. i did my shampoo, hair cut , blowdry and threading here. Everywhere threading will be below $20 that’s fine. coming to hair cut, she is on demand. i waited so long almost 2 hrs process for shampoo blow dry, and cut. I showed a picture and asked her for the hair cut. when i saw in menu blow+ cut+ shampoo is $35 from. she was talking in her native, others may or may not understand, i didn’t understand few, i came for my turn cut, she has done fantastic job, then she stated blow my hair i thought she will leave there, she started doing curling which i didn’t asked her, i thought she is doing to give me the exact look of picture. Everything is perfect, Now i came for billing , for shampoo she charged 20$ where you can buy 3 Shampoo bottles in it. Hair cut is alone $45 because of she did some style, $65 for blow and styling which i didn’t even ask. what i am saying here is in menu they mentioned $45 shanpoo+ hair cut + Blow all 3 if i choosed some style they she can charge $10-20 extra but she charged triple for that. I even said that it’s expensive, in the menu you have mentioned 45$ but she said some reasons in native and gave 25$ gift card, i can go and use that service as well , but again i think she offered Facial for 25$ off in that, in the menu they mentioned from $45 a facial, she can charge $100 again she will reduce 25$ in it.. Apart she is friendly and polite to make more money. i have done so many haircuts at American parlour everytime i paid 25$ including tips. This is 5 Time extra for it. No where i see charged for Shampoo 20$ Blow 65$ cut 45$. Everything separate.. She is absolutely done great job that doesn’t mean if you charge triple for 15 mins work and again i waited for that more than 2 hrs. I understand your floating of people that’s why i have waited including tip i paid 160$ for shampoo+hair cut+ blow. which i can get below $50 anywhere. Truly expensive, i Will not recommend

My sister and I got our eyebrows threaded here, and we were happy with the service and price. Very affordable and fast! The lady shaped our eyebrows nicely but missed a few strays—nothing a tweezer can’t fix. Afterwards she offered to give us henna for free, and it was beautiful! Happy to support this small business, especially during the pandemic. Will be back in the future!
