Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI experienced my first facial yesterday (10/14/21) and it was amazing! Taj is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I love how thorough she was with obtaining my history/previous skin care regimen. Taj and the staff was very professional and communication was excellent. Taj explained step by step what she was going to do. I did not feel rushed during my appointment like when I see the dermatologist. I experienced my first facial yesterday (10/14/21) and it was amazing! Taj is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I love how thorough she was with obtaining my history/previous skin care regimen. Taj and the staff was very professional and communication was excellent. Taj explained step by step what she was going to do. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWow! What an experience, I am so glad I found out about the Mahaly Spa and was shocked to see it was located near me. I’ve been watching Taj on YouTube for a month and appreciated her knowledge on skincare but I had no idea her Spa was located High Point/Greensboro area. Once I found out I had to book a consultation right away (thank goodness she had an opening the next day) and glow facial. When I got to the store I was blown away, it was so well set up and aesthetically pleasing throughout. Definitely not what I’m use to when I got facials at Massage Envy. Before receiving my facial we chit chatting about my skin care routine and Taj was actually writing key points down which I loved, to me that shows she can reflect on my particular needs and offer the best solutions to fit my skincare journey. The facial was great, I learned a lot about the products she was using and do’s and don’t on how I can achieve clear skin. I took home all regimes she recommended and let me tell you, I see a huge difference in my face in just 3 days! I can’t see myself going anywhere else, Taj knows what she’s talking about when it comes to skincare. I highly highly recommend and will be back there soon. Thanks Shug! HahaWow! Wow! What an experience, I am so glad I found out about the Mahaly Spa and was shocked to see it was located near me. I’ve been watching Taj on YouTube for a month and appreciated her knowledge on skincare but I had no idea her Spa was located High Point/Greensboro area.
