The young lady who was in the downtown shop today was absolutely wonderful!! She is normally at the crossroads shop. I hate I don’t remember her name but she was so very kind and helpful!!! It was refreshing to walk into a store and be greeted by a “hello, how may I help you” and it actually be said in a kind voice that honestly meant it.

We LOVE Magnolia Soap!! We initially tried the laundry detergent and loved it!! We got Lady Luck and the smell is so amazing and fresh. What I really love are the sugar scrubs. They smell so good and make your skin feel amazingly soft. I also really enjoy the shower steamer. The morning energy opens up my sinuses and gives me an extra boost to get the day going. Their customer service is the BEST! They go above and beyond to answer any and all of your questions. I’m so thankful they are here in Meridian!!!

I love this store. All of the products I have tried so far are so great. The employees are so sweet and very helpful. We were in the shop last Friday and Allison was such a big help to us. She answered all the questions my husband and I had concerning the laundry detergent and also different bath products that we were perusing.
