Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTo say I’m disappointed is an understatement. After my nail technician completed my nails, I brought to her attention how thick they were. We discussed the thickness, shape and length before she got started. I thought I had clearly expressed the look I was going for, but when asked to correct the thickness, I was met with a bit of a defensive attitude and an attempt to justify the outcome. Instead of sanding the TOP of the nail to reduce the thickness, she began sanding UNDERNEATH the nail; my actual nail and not a tip. I still wasn’t happy with the result but knew I wasn’t going to accomplish anything more at this salon. What’s worse, is the price was astronomical! I was charged $120 for a gel pedicure (with paraffin treatment) and an SNS manicure with no tips, no custom color or shape. Super nice and professional. You can tell that they care about their craftsmanship and making their customers feel good about themselves. It was a very clean place with no smells, and were not pushy with their packages like some nail techs can be.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Terrible pedicure. The woman who did mine was distracted the entire time and rushed through everything. When she was clipping my nails and cuticles, she cut so far in that she drew blood (this was after I flinched several times from pain). When I quickly withdrew my foot, she looked at me and laughed and said “I went far hahah.” It only got worse from there. I looked down to see that she was clipping her own cuticles with the same clippers she was using on me. Extremely unsanitary!!!

This place was awesome! It was quaint in size, but not too small you felt like everyone was next to each other. Their selections of pedicures are so amazing at great prices! They didn’t rush, they take their time, and the chairs are very clean. They were so friendly and happy it made you feel very comfortable in the atmosphere. They were very open and receptive to comments-meaning they didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. If you want a new salon that will take care of you, this is the place!
