When I tell you the recent reviews are telling nothing but the truth it’s ridiculous, asked for a soak off Demi proceeds to try to clip my acrylics with cuticle nippers… THAT IS NOT A SOAK OFF !! I pull my hand back and tell her again that I want a SOAK off then she says oh you want a soak off , duh that’s what I asked for , oh and that’s not all she rushes my acrylics removal once I said I no longer wanted a full set and my nails were left with acrylic on them and she refused to take the rest off but because it was too “thin” Best believe it wasn’t . Oh and what happened to sterilized implements ?? While getting a pedicure the employee just rinsed my nail clipper under water before using them on me , oh and what happened to nail files and buffers being single used items from what I know files and buffers can’t be sanitized therefore they must be disposed off after single use . I think the state board of cosmetology would love to hear about this .

They do not have a price list for acrylic inside because they WILL overcharge you EVERY TIME. there is no reason that a French tip should be $80. NONE. I will never give this business my money or time again.

I’ve been going here since 2018 and never had any problems. I see most of the bad reviews are about the prices, but most independent nail techs charge 3 times what Magnolia charges. If you can’t afford it, go somewhere else. But remember you get what you pay for!

If I can give her a 0 star I definitely would, the recent views they didn’t tell not one lie, nothing is wrong with being over priced and you actually do a good job, but to be over priced and your shop doesn’t do good work at all is crazy to be. You can tell her you don’t like your nails and would catch a attitude with you, like your not spending your money for a service. How are people leaving bad reviews of your poor and low quality work and your commenting rude things, please expect the same energy in her shop.

i have been going to magnolia nails for months and have noticed the service and attitude get progressively worse, but this time takes the cake. i was overcharged for services that i KNOW the price of because i have gotten them a million times. the person doing my nails was doing a lazy job and getting obviously aggravated when i pointed out that my nails didn’t look like the picture. the person who did my pedicure told me i couldn’t switch from deluxe to classic because she had taken the box with the mud and scrub out. IT WASN’T EVEN OPENED BECAUSE I HAD JUST SAT DOWN. i left with nails i didn’t like ($70) and a pedicure i was scammed for ($55)

BEWARE – CROOKS! I would give zero stars if I could!! Worst place ever!! Young man stuck me several time with the cuticle clippers even after I told him. He burned me while filing my nails. I said I’m done. They still charged me $25 for him to cut down one hand – literally. Manager/owner took no responsibility for her employee. I’m would be shocked if he had a license from the cosmetology board!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I now know why they only had 2 people in there.

They charged me $55 for a fill, the guy left my nails bulky and the shape was terrible. I told the lady if she could fix them so she did and 2 days later they chipped. This place is also very dirty they’ve got cockroaches everywhere.Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

The tables weren’t wiped down and the only COVID safety measures I saw were masks. Only one tech was wearing gloves. We felt very rushed and it was very expensive.
