My friend invited me to get my nails done with her here. I was so surprised because they got us in right away. We got SNS. May and Dannie did our nails and we love them! I hate bulky thick nails and Dannie made them just how I like it. They’re shaped beautifully. Will definitely recommend and be back

I have been going here for years because I love their selection of colors and would get my eyebrows done. I had heard rumors from multiple people to be careful going there and that they had a reputation for being rude and not cleaning their tools properly. I had never experienced it before, until this week. I went in to get a gel manicure and remove my former gel that was done somewhere else. To get my current gel off they put my hands in water and pumped hand soap into it, this was also how the cleaned their cuticle cutter by dipping it in the water. She drilled my gel off and cut my cuticles raw. When it was time for the polish the lady got the base all around my skin and never once asked what shape I wanted but instead chose one for me. She did my nails and they were fine and I left. The next day my nails and cuticles were burning and itching. I called them to tell them and before I could finish my sentence I was told it wasn’t their fault, that it’s my skin so it’s my fault. I proceeded to tell them I had gel on my nails prior and it didn’t happen, but they were adamant on telling me it was my fault and there was nothing they can do. They said I couldn’t get any kind of refund, instead they said I would have to pay for a whole new set to get them fixed because once again it’s my fault that they itched and burned. I have gotten gel for years and never had a problem. To make it better I went to a different nail salon and told them what happened and was warned about that place giving people nail fungus because their tools are not clean. I also had this place redo my gel nails which they took off magnolias gel I had on free of charge and redid mine at a good price. And I have had no problem with my new gel manicure I got from another salon. Long story short- don’t go to magnolia, prices are expensive and they don’t care about their services, they just want their money. I’ve even been told when two separate ladies help to tip them in full for both , even if one service was small or they just helped a little.

So sad to learn Trini is no longer at Magnolia Nails. She was the best nail and pedicure technician I’ve ever had. She understood my sensitive legs and feet, so she was gentle. She also brought my finger nail problem to where my nails are strong and lovely. I will miss her. Hoping to find another tech as committed to perfection as Trini.

I have been coming here since they opened (mostly pedicures). At first, it was great. The employees were always nice, I was always offered a beverage, and I never felt like I was being rushed out. Sure, some of the employees didn’t do the greatest job and maybe weren’t trained adequately. But, they’ve got to learn somehow and I’m not one to fuss over my toes. However, over the last few years, even before Covid, things have really gone downhill. I wouldn’t be offered a drink, while others would. Things were rushed. Parts of the pedicure service were dropped (the wax, clay mask, etc). The “massage” is just lotion.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorse nail experience I’ve ever had. I told them multiple times during the process that I did not like it and they used the excuse that they couldn’t take it off or fix it. You can clearly see the streaks on my nails in the photos so of course it’s worse in person. The 1st two photos are unfortunately, what my nails look like. The 3rd picture is what I asked for. The lady doing my nails spent over 20 minutes trying to figure out how to do the design finger, so I decided to switch to something I though would be easier for her. I decided on half green, half orange, with solid gold flakes (like 4th picture). This is the “best” they could do and wouldn’t fix it because “it was too late.” So I was stuck paying $70 for this mess because they threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave. I even tried to negotiate my money back, offer them to redo them, or take them back off and they refused.Do NOT waste your time or money going here.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nailsWorse nail experience I’ve ever had. My first visit to Magnolia Nails today. I liked the decor, the prices were in line with other local nail salons and the employees were nice. I was disappointed that they don’t have liners in their pedicure bowls and they do not allow you to put a tip on your credit card. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I went in here because a friend recommended. I was pleased I did not have to wait. I didn’t really get a chance to pick out a color. I was seated and I was trying to look for a gel color. One woman was doing the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. The other my full set of nails. No offer of beverage or to turn in the massage chair. They both seemed annoyed. Nice salon. Don’t go if your looking to relax!
