I have had 2 great experiences here so far. My wife and I needed a regular place to get our nails done, and this one just so happens to be across the street. I wish I could give this place more stars because the man who did my nails did a perfect job and the price was very reasonable but 5 days after my powder dip manicure, my thumb nail chipped and one week after the manicure my middle finger nail chipped. Normally a powder dip lasts 4-5 weeks before I get them done with no problems at all. I’m not sure if they use inferior products or what the problem is but I’m disappointed.

Fantastic staff! I took my three granddaughters 15, 13 and 11 (her first), for fingers and toes in preparation for a family wedding. The staff not only did excellent work, they made each of the girls feel special! They asked about their dresses and talked about nail designs with each of them. I’m very impressed! Thank you! We will be back!

Booked an appointment for two services through their website. Received a text confirming my appointment and services. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. They stated they do not offer one of the services I had booked. At that point, I assumed I’d made a mistake. I asked for the one service they did provide. They accommodated me right away and did a good job. It would have been a great experience, had I known what to expect. After I left, I double checked that I’d used the right website. I used the one linked to their Google business profile, and it had their exact address listed on the website itself. There was no mistake on my part. Their website lists services they do not offer, and does not connect online bookings to the salon.

I got a pedicure last Fri and everything was going ok until it was time to apply the polish. While the tech was applying the polish, I could see that it was old and THICK. Instead of suggesting that I pick out a different color, she kept going. I let it go thinking it’ll look fine in the end. She applied 2 coats, but the polish wasn’t even so I asked for a 3rd coat and she told me no and that it’d look fine after she applied the top coat. It did NOT look fine when all was said and done. One foot looks good while the other is sheer due to the lack of polish coverage. I’m not happy with my pedicure at all. I guess listening to the customer is not an option here.

I had been disappointed in my norm salon in town, so I tried Magnolia in hopes it would suffice. I was pleasantly surprised! They were very precise, had beautiful colors to choose from and listened to requests intently. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 stars is because it’s about $10 more than the majority of salons around the area. But, besides that, it was a pleasant experience. 🙂

I just moved here from Austin Texas whew I had been going to the same nail place for years. I based my decision on reviews I read, and the decision was a good one! I paid same as what I was paying in Austin, the staff were very friendly, skilled, & focused. My nails were a wreck. No judgement and I walked out with a beautiful fingers and toes in a great new fresh color. I recommend! Thank you Hana and thank you Magnolia ❤️
