I made the mistake of going here rather than my usual AMAZING place Ageless in Kernersville because I thought it was closer to home and Magnolia seemed like it would be a good place to get Botox. I have never been hurt until going here. The Dr. was cold and didn’t seemed too concerned for me as a new client. He hurt me badly as he pressed the needle so deeply into my head I winced in the chair and wanted to sink deeply because it hurt that bad. I will NEVER go back.

Love the convenience of this facility! Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Gandla is great! He is down to earth and honest and offers solutions that really work! They always are accomodating and can usually get me on the schedule with only a day or 2 notice.

Highly recommend MMS. Great services. When you call your scheduled within a few days. They have evening hours which is convenient for those who can’t take off of work. Staff is always so friendly and kind.

I’ve been here a few times in the past and I must say it’s a clean, welcoming environment and the doctor is great!! But I recently had some issues booking an appointment and the girl that handles the scheduling didn’t even have me down for the time and date she gave me. I tried calling (4-5 times) never got an answer so I decided to “text”, so now i got a response and she kept saying no my appt was Wednesday, and then later saying no, your appt was Monday, and you missed it. (What?!) when I called, I wanted to make an appt for a Monday she told me that they were completely booked and the doctor could see me on Tuesday. I called to check which Tuesday, come to find out I was never even scheduled!! So I took off work Tuesday for absolutely NOTHING! She responded with, well we are already booked this week and next week so she can’t get me in at all. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!

I really don’t want to give any stars. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever tried going. I was suppose to have an appointment, even got a confirmation text that day saying when my appointment was and I should have known by the already terrible reviews that no one was going to be at the office. I called muliple times and even texted the number and a girl texted me back finally saying there was a meeting the doctor had to attend. That was all well and fine if I would have been told an hour before I drove all the way for my appointment. Very unprofessional place and if anyone is trying to make an appointment I don’t recommend it. This place is a joke!
