I went for my first B12 injection 2 weeks ago. Crista made me feel very at ease and explained everything that was beneficial by receiving the B12 injection. I didn’t even feel the shot!!!!…..I can honestly say that I have been feeling so much better since the shot. I was always tired and just dragging. Not sleeping well. Since this shot though I can honestly say I sleep better, wake up not feeling tired I truly have more energy. I am looking forward to my next shot which is this week and she told me that I should really feel it by the second shot!!!….I already feel good so I can’t wait to see how I feel when I get my second!!!!….I have been recommending Crista and all her services to everyone!!!!….Overall VERY VERY Pleased

I wanted to support Crista’s new venture and decided to try glabella botox. I did not even know what a glabella was! It’s also called an 11. I was nervous and out of my comfort zone but Botox has become culturally popular and safe so I said “why not?” I can say that it was administered by Crista in a professional and relaxing manner. I had no pain nor did I feel any different leaving than when I arrived. My glabella after a couple of days definitely relaxed and my 11 has disappeared. I never thought I would do anything like this but the experience was positive and the results were as described and I feel good! The spa was inviting and relaxing and Crista’s nurse practitioner skills and experience put me at ease. I would definitely recommend!
