The staff here are AMAZING – from Jenna who answered all my questions long distance when I booked the appointment, to Victoria the stylist patiently talking to me just before the cut – everyone was super friendly and very patient and kind. My mom loved the whole experience (it’s been way too long since she’s had her hair cut in a nice salon). Victoria did a phenomenal job with my mother’s fine, thinning hair that had gone completely natural/gray. Her hair has been a mix of very dark brown and gray for years, and I asked Victoria to see if she could even out the color while making it still look silver and natural (mom is 75). Victoria absolutely exceeded all my expectations – not only was the color gorgeous, the style makes the hair look thicker with more dimension. Mom loves her cut and has promised me she will continue to maintain her locks! Thank you ALL at Magnolia Jane! Visiting New Bern and wanted to take my Mom somewhere nice to freshen and update her look. The staff here are AMAZING – from Jenna who answered all my questions long distance when I booked the appointment, to Victoria the stylist patiently talking to me just before the cut – everyone was super friendly and very patient and kind. Great salon! I have used three different stylists in the past two years and have been very pleased with each one. The notes they keep on your hair color, cut and your hair in general enables consistency no matter who is doing your hair. The staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate you. I have been to Magnolia Jane multiple times now and always very happy. My last visit I made a big change in style and color and my stylist Liana was amazing. She listened, asked questions and was able to help me create the style I was looking for. Magnolia Jane Salon is always clean, the stylists are all very professional, it’s a great relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite things is the shampoo bowl (-Who doesn’t love having that amazing scalp massage?!) At other salons I have come away with bruises and pain in my neck — NOT at Magnolia Jane. They have a really nice headrests in every single shampoo bowl (you don’t have to ask for special treatment) where you can truly relax – pain free! It’s this attention to detail that sets Magnolia Jane first in my book! 5-stars. Would absolutely recommend.

I started coming to Magnolia Jane Salon in January 2022 after having my hair fried at another salon towards the end of 2021. I’m SO happy I found them! I’ve seen a few different stylists there and I have nothing bad to say about any of them! It’s a super clean place and the staff is so friendly. They’ve helped me get my hair back to a place that isn’t fried, and I’ve even recently gotten extensions that I’m obsessed with! I couldn’t be happier with this place ❤️
