First visit. I was SO impressed and thankful with Ashley! The stylist I was booked with, I think did not totally understand what I wanted. After the cut I was so disappointed I wanted to cry because of the miscommunication. Ashley stepped up and asked her manager if she could fix it (she did not have to do that) Not only did she give me exactly what I asked for and great job at that, she was so sweet and has a good heart.

Just got home from an appointment with Neight at Magnolia Salon. The single most important thing to me is that the stylist understands that great hair starts with a great cut…and Neight delivers. I’ve been growing out a bad cut that he has been working on with me for several visits now and today’s result is just amazing. The bad cut is gone!

I love this place! I’ve been getting my hair cut here for a year now and I’ve never had any complaints. They’re almost always ready at the time of the appointment and if not, only a few minutes behind. They take good care of your hair, and if you’re getting a new cut walk you through every part if it. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

The salon was really pretty and clean. From my observation everyone had a good rapport with the stylist they were working with. Richard is the stylist who i had my appintment with. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. With just a few words, he understood what I wanted. He was honest about maintenence of the hairstyle I wanted, as well. Just know, you’re in good hands if you go with Richard. And from the looks of it, you’ll be in good hands with anyone at Magnolia Avenue Salon.

From beginning to end the time I spent in the salon was a very pleasant one. Very friendly staff and the salon itself was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I had my hair straightened and trimmed by Matt, who did an AMAZING job working with my curly and damaged hair. The price I was quoted over the phone was consistent with what I paid which is always nice. Matt also took the time to explain what he was doing to my hair and the products that he was using in it, which was extremely helpful.
