Whoever answers the phone calls and cuts hair, should listen to customers more. The first time I asked for a low fade and this man went all the way up and I did not like the cut at all. This second time I decided to give them another chance and I even showed a video of me with a haircut that I used to have and liked a lot, and this man did it completely wrong. I wish I can get a refund, it’s so annoying to not get the cut you wanted. Never coming back to this place.

Juan and his team are to great paying attention to detail, taking the time to get the vision of your cut right. I cant wait til the my next design. He is amazing. So is Tone who cuts my sons hair.
