I went into the barber shop with a picture of a woman with short hair for myself. I could tell the man had utilized his barbering skills and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised with how satisfied I was. I will definitely be returning for touch ups!

I almost cried in the chair after the barber tried to do an undercut for me. He rushed the haircut and it’s a day later and my neck is still raw and has cuts all over it. The manager tried to convince me that it looked good, and I had to explain to her that I thought it was horrible and wanted to leave. She was nice enough to offer me a free cut the next time I came in, but I politely told her I would never come back. My neck still hurts.

Don’t go here. Bad service. I went there with my son for the first time. We waited for about an hour. My son went first. After the person was done with my son I got up to get a hair cut. That’s when the person cutting hair told me that he had another person that just got there had an appointment and I couldn’t get a hair cut. I walked out and I’ll never go back there. It’s all about communicating with your customer. And they failed at it.

He is soooo kind, professional, really listens to EVERYTHING you want and explains throughout the process.
