Charged $38 before tip for a basic haircut (layers) no blow dry, wash or style, just a cut. Over priced and the stylist acted like I was bothering him for coming in to get my hair cut. Will not be coming back here again for such horrible over priced service. Not recommend to anyone that wants a decent cut.

Came in for a simple trim – key word simple- I only need a half inch off and a light trim on my bangs, nothing major. The guy was rough, not double checking anything and kinda just rolled with cutting. He took off more than a half inch and screwed up my part. Plus another employee’s dog was wandering around in shop. This place is also a nail salon, that just doesn’t roll.

One time I was there, they called the cops on a customer who accidentally dropped and broke one of their nail polishes because she refused to pay for it and “Didn’t say sorry.” This became some kind of personal vendetta for the manager, so he blocked the doorway so that the woman and her friend couldn’t leave for about half an hour. Finally, they let her leave after she then threatened to sue and physically pushed him side. I know for a fact that the women made sure to tip the staff on their unfinished manicures because I was sitting next to them the whole time. The cops arrived about 20 minutes later and were like, and I quote, “Are you kidding me?… Yeah don’t call us again.” They scolded the manager and left. This whole ordeal was super unpleasant and awkward but I was already engaged in my mani/pedi, so I stuck it out. When I finished, I told the manager that I thought he handled the situation poorly and created an unnerving experience for the other customers in the salon. He just stared at me blankly–no response. I also told him that he lost another customer for life. This was probably 2 years ago (Been meaning to write this review for a long time) and I haven’t been back since, though I do live nearby and know he still works there. Hopefully by now he has learned how to better manage customers.

I did mani and pedi, it’s wasn’t too fast, but it was made good which is more important. The prices are fine. They also have great massage chairs during pedicure. Awesome!

I never really rate places online honestly but i ran out of things to do at this point. I’ve been told to come back in half an hour due to them being busy and i asked to stay inside instead. I am 70 minutes into the wait and refuse to leave at this point out of pure spite. I’ve been skipped by at least 2 people who apparently had appointments even tho I’ve been told I’m next in line. If you have a lot of free time i absolutely recommend you come and waste most of it here as i did, if not save yourself the trouble
