Never in my life will I go back here.. made an appointment for 4:30pm and nobody said anything to me until 5:10.. showed a picture and she did the wrong nail shape and design was not painted right.. they did big bumpy nails when I asked for thin nails she did not know what I meant. Also when I left I washed my hands the hearts that she wanted to stick on fell off ♀️ then I came back the next day with an appointment saying that my nails messed up they told me to come back in one hour.. This nail salon is unorganized and unprofessional. They over book do making an appointment doesn’t help. You will not get what you asked for and when you complain after you spend money with them they treat you like you’re the problem. I will never recommend this place

Haven’t been to Magical Nails since they were located inside of Bayshore Mall. The lady I used to go to is no longer working there but I still made an appointment with someone else. In my experience, I really enjoyed my visit. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and I have no complaints. The service feels very similar to what I remember with the exception of a few new people. I will definitely be back.

I went to this place for a pedicure and full set I asked when I came in for a design and showed them a picture to make sure they could do it so I wouldn’t waste my time. I was told they could only to be done with my pedicure and be told that they have no one here to do my nails which was upsetting because I had to leave and go somewhere else to get my nails done. They were rude and acted like they didn’t care I will not be going back

Staff was polite and asked me how I would like nails shaped. Low traffic and nice smell from the auntie Anne’s pretzels across the way. (I was at the location inside the mall!)

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I booked an appointment with Millia and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. You couldn’t pay me to get my nails done at this salon. There’s definitely better places to go! Don’t waste your money especially booking with Millia.

This is hands down the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! I signed in for a gel manicure/pedicure..first, they took off my current gel mani color, but then changed their mind and said we’d start w the pedicure..my nail technician knew absolutely ZERO English and had no clue what I was telling her I wanted done! When I point to a color, how hard is it to apply that exact color?? Forget asking for a design, as she couldn’t even pick the right color!! Her cuticle job was just awful…then after being super disappointed w my pedicure, they inform me that they don’t have time to do my manicure (reminding you that already removed my previous manicure color)…but here’s the real kicker…the owner then charged me $60!!!!! Yes $60!!!! For a horrible gel pedicure!!!! After I explained to him numerous times it is absolutely not what I wanted (she couldn’t even get the color right), and after they skipped me on my manicure!!! Never ever ever again in my life will I come back here!!! They’re all about how many people they can squeeze into a day instead of providing quality work! And they’re a rip off! Don’t waste your time and money…go someplace else!!!
