I’m very disappointed. I was really wanting to try this place to find a new nail salon and I loved my experience while there but what I did not like was tge follow up. I spent 60.00 on a pedicure and I waited the time the lady told me to get my nails dry and leave but when I got home my nails where all messed up. It’s like the polish was older and thick in that bottle and each toe caked up and smeared in a blob. Things happen I get it….but what I don’t like is I called the salon 3 times since Monday (today is wed) and I left detailed messages asking if I could just have them repolish my toes. I gave them info on how I paid, how much I paid, how much I tipped and even what time ai was there and the seat # that I sat in. THREE TIMES I LEFT MESSAGES and they can’t call back and tell me they will simply repaint my nails. Well I think that’s poor service. They couldn’t even call back. WHY? What did I do wrong? So now I won’t go back there and all they had to do was return my call!!!!! That’s not good service if you want customers to come back and you have VOICEMAIL you should return calls!!!!!

Just okay. I normally go to a different nail salon in Smyrna, but was in a pinch so I came here. I’m a little disappointed. I could have done this at home. I got the regular manicure and pedicure and it was very sloppy. I also got painfully cut on the cuticle. I won’t be returning.

Excellent service. They have recently been bought out (3 months ago). And the atmosphere is not the same. Although you can still get with part of the original team members, and they are good. I have read a few bad reviews from this past month. i would challenge you to go back and ask for Yow(former order). she is great and her mother is phenomenal for pedicures.

I have been here a few times before with no problem. So I walk in today at 6:35p and the sign says open. The lady asked me what did I need and I simply asked for my nails to be taken off and she said we closed,we don’t have time to take off for you! Are you kidding me but you close at 7p! Never again will they get my money!

The tech did a terrible job leaving my nails jagged and polish on the cuticles on some and not up to the cuticle on others. The top coat didn’t cover the whole nail on a couple fingers. The polish was so ugly that I had it redone elsewhere less than a week later. Don’t waste your time and money here.
