Critical: CleanlinessMy finger has been hurting and at first I thought I might have hit my nail but it kept hurting more the day later. The next morning I felt my finger throbbing and I got scared so I took off my nail and I have fungus/pus. It is so painful. Now that I look back the guy that did my nails never sanitized his tools. I’ve been to this place multiple times and it was the first time I’ve seen this man here. I was already un happy with the work but I didn’t want to be rude but this is Unacceptable. My finger is hurting & as much as I want to go back to ask them to take them all off I’m going to put myself back in the same situation again. Who knows if any of them sanitize their tools. They sanitize the area, I’ve seen them do that but never the actual tools. My finger has been hurting and at first I thought I might have hit my nail but it kept hurting more the day later. The next morning I felt my finger throbbing and I got scared so I took off my nail and I have fungus/pus. It is so painful. Now that I look back the guy that did my nails never sanitized his tools. Take ur own promise they use the same on everyone gross. But this last time I made my appointment and the sister overbooked and I waited for 2 hours and they told me they couldn’t fit me in because they had another person who made her appointment 2 weeks before me. They were kind of rude I was really upset they couldn’t have said something earlier not make me wait for two hours.
