Went in for a color, the owner Anna did not even examine my hair before applying the color and my hair turned out to be MUCH lighter on the top and WAY darker in the bottom. As supposed professionals you should know how and timing when applying color to certain types of hair and depending on what color they have! I went in for a touch up of a color that already have! no highlights, nothing crazy! I called Anna and instead of trying to rectify the problem, she started to argue with me on the phone on how it was my fault LOL! Talk about great customer service.
