I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.. Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I have had back to back sessions numerous times , because 40 minutes isn’t enough sometimes.

Critical: QualityIf I could rate 0 stars I would. The massage was just an oil rub all over my back. There was no pressure to relieve any of my sore muscles but there was pressure applied over my bones. After 60 mins of spreading oil, they had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip.

So my bff took me to get a massage for my birthday gift. Combo package 30/30. More like 20/20..anyway I felt like I was in a war! This girl has no training no idea where the muscles are or how they flow. She tried to twist my leg..lowsy foot massage with gloves on her hands..and when the back part came she rested her elbow into my spine while she dug into my back with the other one but on the bone! WTH. I stopped her 4 times and she acted as if she knew no English! Its been 8 hours now and I still am dizzy and have a headache as I did when I left. Never again!

Came in for massage called ahead of time for a male masseur and he was at front desk. Ready. They walked me into the room and told me he would be back 15 min of waiting and they said he left … waste of time and unprofessional.

I paid for a one hour massage that only lasted 45 minutes. I paid for a FULL hour plus a 10% tip. The masseuse has the nerve to complain about the small amount of the tip. The nerve of that woman! She short changes the service by 25% and then complains when I ONLY pay her 110%. Plus, she didn’t smile even once. This place needs an attitude check up. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Although they were open on July 4th and very accommodating without an appointment, they took more money for tip. I used my debit card and signed for an $8 tip; they changed it and made it $10. Please be sure to check your bank accounts, pay cash or don’t go here at all. I was not instructed what to do prior to massage, and the pressure was too hard and painful even though I asked for medium. Due to the language barrier, when I returned to look for my missing car keys, it was very difficult to communicate and get across what I was saying.

My son and I went in there yesterday, I had a 40 min and he a 30 min full body with hot stones. My guy was perfect, but the lady who did my son, did not do the hot stones nor what I got. Then demanded from my son a “TIP”. I’m the one who paid, and if she would stop being greedy, she’d notice the 20% I included in the receipt. It’s one thing to expect a “TIP”, but VERY RUDE to demand one. Won’t be returning here again!
