I’ve never been so disappointed in a hair cut, I’m so embarrassed to even show my face out. I called to see if they could cut my hair and told me at 7 got there at 7:05 waited and then another customer, men, got there 5 min after me. He went first even though I had an “appointment”. I felt like my hair cut was rushed, I showed the picture how I wanted and the cut was so horribly done and nothing like the picture. I honestly need extensions or even a wig, I know hair grows back but with this bad hair cut it’s going to definitely take a long time. If the business closes at 7 (which I found out today). They shouldn’t be scheduling 2 appts after 7, I’ve walked out crying because I’ve never seen any horrible job done this way. Not even trying to hide it in a bun or pony tail while hide it.
