The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The worst! The guy who did them asked what color, and I told him I wanted 7 and 8 and added a sparkling color for 3 different colors. He grabbed 67 and 68. After he did 1 nail on each hand and they looked glowing reddish orange, I told him politely that they were the wrong color. This dude had the audacity to yell at me and tell me I told him those colors. First of all, I was getting nails done in pastel colors for a funeral. I picked light soft peach and pink.

HORRIBLE!! I have never written a review but feel inclined to after this!!! I was excited to go here after reading positive reviews however I Showed up at appt time and had to wait 15 minutes. I was there to get a full set and the nail tech acted surprised when I told her that (she thought I only needed a fill)When I called for the appt a week in advance I told them I needed a full set. I’m going on vacation in 2 days and now my nails look awful!! I felt like she was rushed as there were two other people waiting for her. The gel polish is bubbled, shaping is horrible and nails are a done very poorly. I will now have to go get them FIXED while on vacation and have to spend the money on it. Extremely Extremely Disappointed!!!!

Had to get a gel removal & a full set and the guy started off with barely soaking the old polish off, got impatient & started sanding down my natural nails to get every spot off all will sniffling and wiping his nose on his arm we got my acrylic on and he filed super aggressive after he decided my nails were too short for the shape I wanted. He didn’t file well so polish was put over sharp edges. I got home to notice the cuticles are flooded with polish and the nails aren’t even all the same shape. Will not ever go there again

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI sat 2 hours for a fill because the lady doing my nails was not doing them correctly. They were blotchy and my whole nail themselves were not even getting covered so she attempted to fix them which only made them worse!!! Went to pay so I could leave and make an appointment somewhere else to get them fix and they charged me $55 for this horrible fill!! And to top it off my left thumb doesn’t even have the coat of clear coat yet I qas charged $55 and not even given an apology!!!I sat 2 hours for a fill because the lady doing my nails was not doing them correctly. I will be going back as I’ve tried several nail salons since moving to Waseca and Magic Ten is by far the best.
