Horrible service and horrible place. Me, my sister, and my mom have been going to this place because it’s close to our house. However we have all been ripped off, they offer an ybera Paris (black diva) treatment that costs 250 and up and yet the products are not mixed in front of you. I feel like they mix the products with something else to make it last. I have really long hair and require a lot of product. I did the treatment and after the first wash the straight style was gone, so was my sister’s and my moms (mind you, this treatment is supposed to last 4 months). It is safe to say they have officially lost three clients. Who will no longer get their service.

Edwin is the only good thing they have there the owner takes advantage of you and doesn’t care about your satisfaction she’s only in it for the money!!! I’ve gone to this salon for about of year or more and I’ve had many haircuts they are good but they dont even know your face shape or what would look good for you so you just have to pick one for yourself and hopes it goes good. As for the hairstylist they dont listen to you they are awful!!! If anyone a good place to cut hair let me know please and thank you!

I love this place Edwin the barber has cut my kids hair since babies he’s very clean and sharp on time he tells you a time and that’s the time you get. No waiting like other barber shops thatnare surrounded with non kid related conversations and music etc. He’s awesome and the ladies at the salon are super helpful

Horrible service. Had to go to Hair Cuttery to get hair fixed. Called Manager (Maria) asked for refund she said NO. Offered to show her the receipt that I went to Hair Cuttery to get it fixed that same night 15 min after it was done, again she said no. No customer service, No guarantee. Maria only looks out for herself and not for your satisfaction.
