I received the best haircut I have ever had today. My barber’s name was Ivan and the man has mastered the craft of haircutting and furthermore he actually listens to his clients. I might commute an hour just to receive a haircut from this barber, YES, he is that good (I go to college about an hour away, believe me, If I could, I would go to this barber every time I needed a haircut). I have had a bunch of terrible haircuts in the past and now my faith is restored. If you are looking for a place to get a haircut, PLEASE give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed.

An older veteran came in and was serviced by one of the senior barbers, and when the veteran asked the barber if he could cut curly hair and cut it short in a clean, military fashion, the barber literally started having this blubbering breakdown over his inability to cut this man’s hair. The veteran barely said anything to the barber, but the barber began pacing and muttering, talking about how he didn’t feel comfortable cutting his hair. The veteran, still sitting shocked in the chair, kept asking why, what had he done or said…but the old barber simply stood in a corner and refused the veteran service, saying the same thing over and over, “I don’t think I can cut your hair”. The old veteran was nice, affable and barely said anything outside his description of how he’d like a short haircut. I have no idea what was wrong with that barber, maybe a “senior moment”, but the way he treated this veteran and denying the veteran service in such a bizarre manner…I will not be back to this establishment ever.
