The owner was very nice, he did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place. They don’t rush to get the job done, they take their time. My nails turned out amazing and I am 100% going back her form here on out. He was very gentle, he talked to me the whole time, I really enjoyed my time I spent here. When I went to go pick out the color for my nails, I wasn’t sure that the color looked good but he reinsured me that it did look good. Overall this place is amazing.

I just was in for a pedicure. I witnessed Kevin the owner yelling at a woman because she was unsure of the color she wanted. She remained polite but he flew off the handle so bad that he even told her she could find someone else literally for no reason. So awful. Even though the rudeness wasn’t toward me, what I witnessed was terrible and I will never ever go back.

Magic One Nail shop provided me nail services when I went to pay they said they did not take my credit card. He told me to call my boyfriend to come pay for it and was disrespectful and condescending. I told him I didn’t have a boyfriend; I had a credit card. It was American Express. I was not informed no did it say anywhere that they did not accept this. He told me to just go to the bank like his other customers and I told him I didn’t get paid till the next day, that’s why I had a credit card. He said he was calling the police and locked me in the building and assaulted me when I tried to leave the premises over $78. I was able to escape and called the police. I am a disabled American whose rights were violated. The police agreed to not press charges on me for theft (I wasn’t given the chance to steal anything before my safety was put in jeopardy) by not charging the shop owner either. He did not speak English and threatened my safety and wellbeing.

As he’s doing your nails, he’s sure to tell you how good he is. A lion never has to say that it’s a lion. I canceled my appointment because I wasn’t feeling well and went to get a Covid test. He called me to tell me I should be there and I explained that I had sent a message that I would not be able to make it. When he heard my results were negative he wanted to argue about how I could still come in later that day, even though I was still feeling sick. This man treats his customers like they work for him.
