I am really disappointed with this salon I had a pedicure and full set done today and the service was terrible. The nail tech, Mary was so rough and a bit argumentative. I asked her to please not put such a large amount of acrylic on – she said it will be fine. (Wth?) It was all over my hands and fingers. She said she will file it out so it won’t be so thick. She did not & when I asked her to at end she was so put out over it and rushed that she cut my cuticles. The pedicure was just okay but my toe nails are so crooked and sloppy it’s joke. They knew I was not happy with my services and just did not care. No initiative to take care of the customer and absolutely let me leave dissatisfied which is the worst part. Had any employee offered to correct their mistakes I would’ve skipped leaving negative feedback.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst off, don’t even bother going to ANY nail salon in palestine if you have high standards for your nails. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time I’ve thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. I got long acrylics and the guy used gel nail polish for the tip which left it looking sloppy on the tips and under the nails. I asked for them shorter and he did not want to cut them shorter. I mentioned the bumps in the white tips and he told me “no” and continued with putting the clear gel over it. I also went on a monday morning where it wasn’t busy and my shoes were shoved on my feet and I was rushed to the check out. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time I’ve thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. If these people would take a breath and LISTEN then my nails wouldn’t look like this. My thumb isn’t even filled in. They are NOT pointed. And he fussed at me because my nail was still wet when he went to gloss over where it wasn’t filled in. I just smiled, paid and left. Don’t worry. I won’t be back. And yes, I did still tip, it is a service industry. I didn’t complain because his lack was already pissing me off.

Not what i asked for! Told her square round i don’t know what kind of shape this is. All my nails are shaped different and different size. Some are thicker and some are slimmer you can tell were the nail looks thick and then on top of that one of my nails looks like the whole finger is covered with powder!!!!

Went in for eyelash extensions, right as one girl was walking out the lady told me to come in and lay down. She didn’t clean the tools or the bed where the last girl was. I snapped a picture to show. This is absolutely unsanitary and someone is going to end up with a terrible infection or something. The lady did my extensions in 15 minutes and they are uneven and look horrible. This place is horrible, please do not waste your time here. They rushed me as soon as I came in to pick a color for my gel set I wanted to get. And then the lady told me I needed to get acrylics because my nails are uneven. I asked her how much they were and I thought she said $25 so I said okay. I ended up getting really short nails because they were rushing me, and then they ended up charging me $45 dollars for something I didn’t even intend to get. The guy who did mynails was rude and told me I couldn’t even get the coffin shape I wanted. I went in to have a relaxing girls day, and ended up leaving stressed out and overcharged for setting I didn’t even want.

I love this place! They get you in and out in a timely manner! There was even a lady there who paid for my daughter to receive a pedicure! We kept thanking her for that random act of kindness! We truly thank her…we didn’t get her name….she really made my daughter’s day! We’re forever grateful
