Do Not Go Here! I went to this place to get a pedicure and possible poly gel nails. I wanted to match my hands and toes with each other, but they kept telling me they didn’t have a color to match my toes to my hands. The lady kept polishing my toe nails even when I clearly expressed it was not the color I wanted. I later decided to potentially get dipping powder for my hands, but they kept telling me that they did not have a dipping powder color that would match my toes or be similar. I decided I no longer wanted my hands done. I felt completely disregarded and was not listened to about the nail shape I wanted. The lady told me I needed to cut my nails down to a certain length the match the nails that were broken off, but considering tips were added to the nails that were broken, I deem it excessive and unnecessary that they were cut and not just shaped up. I initially asked for coffin shape nails, she then said no, didn’t really explain what or why, but suggested it was my nails having to be cut. I asked for square and she proceeded to file my nails into a coffin like shape, but, they were crooked.I changed my toe polish color at the last minute, which the lady then told me that they did not have a dipping powder color that would match the toenail polish color. Once she polished my toes with the new color, she then gave me a booklet of the dipping powder colors and lo and behold the toe polish color I had and previously had before, matched the dipping colors I actually wanted.I was consistently told I needed to use gel polish if I wanted to match my toes with the dipping powder, which would have been $20.00 extra.

i got my eyebrows waxed and they look HORRIBLE. i believe i have relatively easy brows to wax as they have good natural shape and just need a little cleaning up. but no she got rid of MOST of my eyebrows. they look like the skinny eyebrows from the early 2000s. now i have to spend hundreds of dollars to get them micro bladed. don’t get your brows waxed here.

The nail tech that I loved was apparently terminated. A guy (who I assume is the owner) bragged about this and degraded her work in front of an entire salon full of patrons. His rudeness, arrogance, and refusal to do my nails as I have always gotten them was enough for me to decide I’ll never step foot back in his salon. I would absolutely NOT recommend. Please read the other reviews regarding this owner before you end up upset and dissatisfied like the rest of us.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! The staff is super friendly and cater to you as much as they can. I am beyond happy with my experience here. And they are not too pricey either! I got a full set of coffin shaped, ombre, GLOW IN THE DARK nails for $50! If you want a particular color, they will get it for you! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. The man was so rude and unprofessional!! The man got angry when HE messed up the shape of my nail and I pointed it out. They were square shape and he made my thumb into a coffin shape and got angry when I pointed out the difference. He tried to lie to my face and say that he was just refilling them to the shape that they were before and I know that I didn’t have one coffin shaped nail and 9 square nails. I know what they looked like he just filed it down too much and didn’t want to admit his mistake. The colors were not what we asked for and they basically blamed us and wouldn’t fix it. We got the hologram nails and they didn’t turn out the colors they had advertised and then told us “oh well” um NO not oh well. I’m fact they charged us extra for THEIR mess ups. never going back.

I am very particular about my nails. I let Wendy and Johnny know this the first time I went in. They were super accommodating and always make sure I’m happy. Super friendly and have conversations with you. Prefer this nail spa over any other in Ascension or Baton Rouge.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience was just really unacceptable. I’ve been coming to this nail shop for quite some time but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I picked out a color for my nails and as the guy was doing them it looked a different color. I made a simple comment that it looked a little more pink than the neutral color that I asked for. Granted I picked out the color, yes , and even tho it looked liked a different color I never once said I didn’t like it! He started giving me all kinds of attitude and handling my hands any kind of way thenn started talking in Vietnamese as if I don’t know you were just talking about me. I find that very disrespectful. I am a paying customer and if I don’t like something about my nails then I trust you as a nail tech to fix it without getting an attitude as if you’re the one paying for this. So I will NOT be coming back. I’d rather go somewhere where my money would be appreciated.
