Today I took my daughter for mani/pedi day. This was my third time coming to this location because my first two visits were great! I really liked how the ladies did thinner layers of gel so my fingernails didn’t get chunky.

I love this salon! I am a regular and I’ve grown attached to my nail artist who has been doing an amazing job every time. I bring her all kinds of crazy designs and colors and every time it turns out amazing. My daughter had a princess mani pedi and she loved it. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff are so nice. Had a pedicure and full set acrylic done. Never been here before and asked to have an experienced professional(!) nail tech service me. I was told all their nail techs were “professional” and have years of experience but my nail tech was the very opposite. Pedicure wasn’t done properly and sloppily. The way she apply my acrylic was very sloppy, like she was just learning or doesn’t do acrylics often. Very bad first experience, don’t plan on returning.

Went in for fill and pedi had to change to my pedicure to just a polish change due time constraints tech became visibly upset and short. My daughter got the princess manicure and pedicure which she loved. Daniel was nice and treated her like an adult client making conversation and making her comfortable which I loved. Two nails were a little messed up but my daughter was happy so I am happy. I got my nails done by Jenny who was very awesome. My only complaint was she left a bump on my nail that I didnt notice after I left and she used a nail file that had pink stuff all over it. I wish she would have used a new one. The receptionist was nice. More seats are needed since my son had to sit on the floor and my daughter had to squeeze next to me. But overall it was good experience for our first time.

Always good service but last time I was served by Ruby. She rushed me to pick my color and didn’t give me time to set and relax which felt like take away service rather relaxing experience. She kept asking me to make my mind and interrupt my talk with my mom who was also being serviced next to me. Kim asked my mom to pick from the regular manicure a color and then she will match from the powder and of course she couldn’t match precisely so my mom got a color she doesn’t like . My mom asked if she can add some glitter to camouflage a bit but Kim said it’s too late while she was doing layer 2 of the dipping powder so there was still a chance!!!

First time I went the girl was great! Second time not so much. She seemed to hate her job A LOT and didn’t say a word to me the entire time. She also did a half ass job. Each nail is a different shape and she left such a big gap between the nail polish and my skin it looks like they were done a week ago. Oh yeah she also cut my finger bad enough to where it was bleeding all on my nail and she just said oops and kept going. She also painted overtop of a small bit of nail polish she left on my nail instead of redoing the one nail over. If I come back I will not let her do my nails again. Just got these done yesterday. Super disappointed.
