I vacillated between 1 or 2 stars. I had been really sick and getting a pedicure was a special treat for me because it took a lot of physical effort for me to get there. I chose this place because in the past they gave me the best pedicure I ever had. Unfortunately, I went on a holiday weekend without thinking about it, which meant they were really busy, so I didn’t get the level of service as before. I don’t fault them for that. Given the circumstances, the woman who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing (the reason for 2 stars). She took special care with me because she could tell I was not a 100%. However, on the other hand, the polish from my manicure started peeling in a couple of days, and my granddaughter’s full set started breaking off in 3 days! This picture is on day seven after a service, for which, I believe was overpriced. This is the normal length she gets and has NEVER had this issue with any other salon. This is the FIRST and LAST time she will be getting any service from here and as much as I love the atmosphere in the salon, it will probably be my last time as well.

I’ve been searching for a decent nail tech in Lake Wales for nearly a year and half. This place was great! Today was my first time, I called at 2:30pm, they got me in right away. I did a full set, gel, pink & white & pedicure. “Vee” was my tech and she was very kind, attentive and listened to my requests. I’m very particular with what I like. They offered me a beverage upon walking in and got started right away. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely make an appointment. I just got lucky getting right in. “Vee” was fantastic! Pricing was fair for the services as well.

This place is wonderful! Everybody was very polite and appreciative. The lady that did my pedicure really took her time. I got the $40 spa pedicure with gel pink and white. She did a fantastic job! The leg massage was so good I almost fell asleep in the chair. I highly recommend this place. Pedicure

Excellent service! Clean, Men’s close cut haircuts available, awesome place for Mothers Day or Christmas present.. The owner is very professional, proficient and his staff is very detailed to any customer need… I have 5 years experience here, live in Cleveland Ohio, my mom loves the place along with her cronies at the village! The tanning is awesome to should the sun hide for a few days while you’re here! Lake Wales Magic, where your needs are met!!! If not Liam will make sure that you leave unconditional as a committed customer…

The service was excellent! Both people who did my nails were super sweet and polite. Not to mention they offer you drinks as well. This is a wonderful business and I highly recommend it. And I will be recommending this place in the future to anyone who needs a little tlc

I used to love this salon but after 2 hours of cold water and way too hot wax. Didn’t even remove my old clear polish until I told her there was polish on my nails and then only took it off one toe. Tub was nasty when we were sat in our pedi chairs with no water for 30 minutes. I thought the girl was straight out of school but she said she had been doing nails since 2016. She removed her clippers and trimmers from a plastic box (like a pencil box) and i asked why they weren’t in the sterile packet and she said “i take them out and put them in my box”. After she finished with me she put them back in her little box and went to another client and started on her feet using the same non – sterilized clippers. Won’t be back unless the owner fixes these problems…. also…as we we’re leaving the owner put 2 new clients in the same chairs that my friend and I used and told them the tubs were just cleaned as he was picking the used wax out of the bottom… that was a lie because we just got out of them and no one had cleaned them… and yes I told the customer and her mother they were not cleaned.!!!! ALSO…I POSTED PICTURES SHOWING THE NASTY DIRTY DRAIN AND THE HORRIBLE PEDI JOB ON MY HEEL BUT THEY KEEP PULLING IT DOWN…I WONDER WHY THEY DON’T WANT Y’ALL TO SEE IT?

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueThis place is amazing!The service was amazing and super professional! I took my daughter and sister in law this afternoon. Could not be happier as we received everything we had asked for and more. They always asked if everything was great and if we liked what they did or if we needed anything further to our liking.
