I’ve always had a great experience and my nails have always turned out great. However, today was a little different. My experience and nails both looked great, and everything was normal until I went to pay. I got a pedicure and dip nails for my trip this coming weekend. I had a gift card for a pedicure that included a tip within the amount on the card. I went to pay and she asked if I wanted all of the money to go to the pedicure (it was a little extra since I got gel). I told her I didn’t care how she did it, but she never told me if she was going to count it as a tip or the service. I went to pay, and left him a smaller tip thinking it added to the one included on the gift card. As it processed, she asked me if I really wanted to give him a $4 tip. I was confused because I thought this was adding to the other tip. I even told her that I was confused and explained. (I didn’t have cash with me either since I pay with card). Really, clean, friendly place. Lots of choices in colors. I would give more stars but when I went in for a regular pedicure I was convinced to get gel, which chipped an hour later. My nails were also trimmed too short for my liking.

Mary did an amazing job on my nails & was super nice!I did have a little longer wait time than I expected- but you could tell they were busy busy busy! Also the price is a bit more expensive than I have paid for nails in the past- but this is the first time I have ever had someone be SO thorough with my nails! Excellent service Tina and her staff are the best!! They always make you feel welcomed when you enter the salon. They greet you by name and assist you if you have questions or if you just need some advice on choosing a color. They even go out of their way for clients who walk in with a broken nail and need a quick repair. In Tina’s salon the customer always comes first! I would never dream of having my nails done by anybody but Tina! Thank you Tina and staff for making your customers feel like royalty

This is the ONLY nail shop in town that I will go to. The owner, Tina runs the cleanest shop, as well as friendliest. I have been going to see her twice a month for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed in her work or workers and their work.

They normally do a great job with the nails but they’re not good with appointment management. There are also many of them who rush their work and it shows in the nails.
