Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBy far the worse and unacceptable experience! In all honestly go anywhere else! Don’t go by the 4 star rating. My friend and I went to get our nails and feet done from the beginning we asked the employee to direct us to color options they had. Received no help. Other customers there were kind enough to direct us. They have small selection which was not a problem I found a color quick but the lady did not want to paint my nails. Kept telling me to change it so I chose a simple white because you can’t never go wrong. After getting my toe nails done. I had chosen a different gel color for my regular nail and again the lady had a problem with my color. I changed it a few times and each time there was an issue on her end about the color. While cutting my cuticles all she did was complain about all the other customers booking late appointments. This was not the first time I caught her talking bad about paying customers. While getting my pedicure that was all she did. After 5mins she was not happy with any of my color options. She ultimately took me out the chair to help another customer so that I could pick a color that suited HER liking and time. I was getting gel nail polish! The lady left me standing around until another actually kind employee offered me a chair. She never came back and became busy with the other customer. My appointment was at 5:15 and 7 came and my simple gel manicure was still on hold. At that point I decided to leave and the employee at the counter took my frustration as a joke. I was treated like I wasn’t a paying customer.
