I waited to write this review until I calmed down. This experience was a mess from start to finish. I went in to fix a broken nail and she asked me if I just wanted to do a fill on all my nails ($25 advertised) She clearly was not comfortable with dipped nails. I ended up walking out with massacred nails in a color I didn’t pick. She seemed irritated when I kept asking her to file them because they were so chunky and bumpy. She finally gave up and sent me on my way with a botched dip “fill” and charged me $55 for a full set. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I have added photos of her work, and my normal manicurist’s work to correct them 4 days after because they were lifting so bad. So now I am out $120 for a set that should have been done correctly the first time.

this place sucks! they did my nails horribly and they didnt do the right color. the lady that was doing my nails even hit me. she was even on a call and they could see me. i told her not to cut my nails, only file and she cut them soo short. she even hurt me when she was filing them.

The owners are super rude they get mad at you if you don’t do what they say they force you to get something that you don’t want and when you say no they give you attitude.

This is my second time coming to this place – only because it’s close in distance. With that said, I will never return. Prices are so overpriced & it’s so obvious they raise the prices. It’s never what they quote you. First time getting a pedicure at this place and I was immediately disgusted they didn’t use a bag where the water is disposed from. I didn’t even see them clean it ONCE. Just kept accepting people to sit without it being properly cleaned. AND to top it off, the man cut me which was very painful especially since he added alcohol right after without a notice. Honestly this place is unsanitary, overly priced & disgusting.

Horrible experience. The nail tech cut my nails off AFTER I told her not to. Then she polished my toes like a 5 year old then had the audacity to be upset with me when I expressed that I didn’t like it. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone else to rpolish them. He came over and was about to continue to polish OVER the mess she did in an attempt to “Fix it”. I had to tell him to take it off, shape my nail, and start over. All of the workers started coming over looking at my feet, talking (in their language), and giving me dirty looks. I felt so uncomfortable. I just wanted to get out of there. That was the worst $30 I’ve spent to receive such bad service.

I’ve been going to Magic Nails II for many years, they all know me as soon as I walk in everyone is so friendly and kind. It is a true “me day” at Magic Nails II. They have many services to choose from and many many different colors to choose from. Walk-ins are welcome but I always set an appointment to see the same person every time.

RUDE!! I stopped in here to get a nail trim . The first thing she said was your nails are ugly you need to get full set . I said “ wow” no I’ just need a trim thank you. While she was working fast and angrily she ended messing up two nails and had to repolish the two. She asked you want new color i said no same color thank you .Once again she told me your nails are ugly as she is clipping away. She ended up putting oil on only one hand. She ended up charging $10 I said for a trim? She said yes I had to repaint two nails I said that wasn’t my fault you messed them up I didn’t . I told her I’ll pay $10 but not because of good service. But i would like to let you know that you are rude you have Poor customer service and you don’t insult someone’s else work . I walked out and looked at my nails some are shorter then others. What was wrong with that mean hateful lady? I’ll never go back there ever again! I’ve never experienced such ugliness all they have going for them is it’s a nice salon but there customer service sucks!

Took my wife here for a simple fill and color change. She showed the techs her nails and asked up front their estimate. A sign clearly stated $20 fill, but color change can cost extra. Okay, no problem. She was quoted $30 for the fill with color change.

This place was the worst. Yes they took me in quickly with out an appointment. Yes the staff was friendly but as far as quality care no no no. They didnt even put bags in the feet tubs, they wer using the instruments with out being santized. I got my toes done on Tuesday it is Friday and im pretty sure i got a bacterial infection in my toe. Will never go again.
