I’m so happy with my nails and service today at Magic Nails! I was almost ready to throw in the towel with my disappointment at all of these local manicure places this past year. No one seems to take pride in their work lately until I came here. I was referred by a good friend who decided to try them a few months ago and has also been faithfully returning to Megan! Very easy to book an appointment online, too. When I walked in, my nails were a wreck with old acrylic that hadn’t been filled in 7 weeks. She worked very carefully to preserve my natural nails and did an absolute beautiful job with the dip and design. Very comfortable and happy atmosphere to be in, very relaxing. I will definitely be continuing my manicures since I found this gem of a salon!

Super DISSAPOINTED ! owner is lying & refuses accountability – It takes away joy & relaxation as you get rudely shoved and pushed. I guess my joy wasn’t plastered on my face while the worker was slapping n shoving my legs in our out of water & being pushy. They expect I laugh with joy as they cut me bleeding-just to satisfy the owner??? OWNER SAYS I had a bad day? they make it worse for you! Lack of professionalism and accountability! Owner did not fix her prior mistakes & canceled my scheduled manicure appt!!! She made me feel SO BAD to even bring up being cut up last time! She Ignored the issue & blamed me for THEIR INCOMPENCE. Just added a picture I just took of my unmanicured finally healed from being cut up – what she calls-” dirty hands,”(which she said she needed to make bleed during my 1st appointment!) On my appointment she claimed something was “wrong with my skin” thats why her worker needed to cut me deep and made me bleed. ruined my nails and cuticles and it took a month to heal! (ORIGINAL REVIEW) Two experiences to share.. made my 1st appointment a week out. Came in for Lavender pedicure and basic manicure. The girl working with me was rude and pushy. She would pull my foot up or down would tug on my legs and slap them to put in or take out of tub. did a very mediocre job on the process of pedicure.There was ZERO massage only application of lotion and the lavender mixture (Paidxtra $ for better pedi) The pedi color faded within days and was cracking within a little over a week. Usually it lasts me a month+ from other places.. For the manicure portion she cut my nails unevenly, cut my skin too short and it bled the nails wound up peeling tearing and shredding tips over the next few days. My cuticles were painfully peeling and bleeding days 2, 3, 4 +. No offer of hand massage nor polish. (I was charged full price). I can understand someone having a bad day. I chalked it up the girl not being happy that day and with all the lovely reviews I wanted to give it another try and made another appointment for a month later. Month later I came at specific time waited a bit for my chair. Owner approached, asked which Mani I wanted- I told her just basic manicure & I asked not to cut cuticles so short as they peeled and bled after last time. – SO – She refused to do manicure I waited a month for !!! She said “something wrong with my skin !!!” Seriously!!! Her employee was incompent ! DID HORRIBLE job and her explanation is “something is wrong YOUR skin.” ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY Am pretty regular about mani & pedis and besides the time here I had my cuticles peel and bleed maybe once in the 20 plus years of mani-pedis. Owner refused responsibility ! blamed me for HER employees lacks professionalism on my “wrong skin” & refused to address the problem!!! So after being refused the manicure I only had the pedicure, even though I cleared my schedule for manicure and pedicure.They ask for you to sanitize your hands as you come in, but don’t clean chairs for the customer. The chair I sat in had sweat marks and oily substance on arm rest and in the cuppy hole. Also, the nail files they use are repeatedly used on their clients with others’ nail residue. And again the pedicure was weak… There was a man opposite of me who started much before me – I was all done (about 20 or so minutes total) and he was still getting a massage. She also came and checked on him and offered him a drink while she Ignored me, sadly I didn’t get an offer for water on this hot summer day. Go figure. As I was walking out I no longer wished to make further appointments the owner asked me if she can take a photo of my hands so she can study how to “fix!!!” No Thanks!!! Im good and wil take my business else where. So, UNFORTUNATELY after 2 attempts I cannot recommend AT ALL … Very poor quality, bad attitude, and bad customer service, unsafe(risking infection). The owner only tends to the regulars who she has an ongoing relationship with. The rest of staff hardly speaks English I hardly doubt they can even get licensed

I was looking for a new nail salon, I chose them by there ratings! I was done with my past salons! What a pleasant surprise, you make an appointment and you get waited on, your not sitting there due to all the walk-ins all the other Salons take, no matter if you have an appointment or not. The two owners are lovely, Evon & Megan, they make you their priority while you are with them! They do excellent work, they don’t set timers like other shops do! It’s like a family when you are in their shop. The shop is clean, everyone (even clients) are friendly & cordial! I’m so happy to have found this Salon. My Daughter now goes here also, she says “it’s the best pedicure she had ever had. No more sore toes”

Best experience ever !! Megan and Yvonne are the best! I’m going there for a while , they very friendly and really taking good care for their customers . If anything happened to your nail even after couple days after the manicure they always happy to fix it for you. They really now how to make magic happen,and they are the artist’s in their profession, they now how to make your dream’s come true !!! I really wanted have a “summer sunset “ nails and there they are . Thank you again Magic Nails ❤️❤️❤️
