I saw a previous review about Magic nails stating the service wasn’t good, so I went anyways. The man who initially answered the phone was very polite. The lady who done my nails on my hands and feet did a really great job. And I came back two days later with a small hangnail on one of my natural finger tips and again, the man was very polite and happy to fix my nail. I have been going to Magic Nails for nearly 10 years, but noticed the service has declined in the last year. Two weeks ago, i decided to try the dip instead of the acrylic. i specifically asked if it was safe and worth trying, and they said yes. today i went to get them removed, and there was fungus growing under my nails. To which they said “this can happen. sometimes the dip will lift and stuff grows under there.” No apologies, no remorse. My nails are now disgusting looking and painful. i refuse to ever give them my service again.

I’ve always gotten great pedicures here, I went in today and got the deluxe with gel polish (always do the same thing) and they spent an hour doing my toes and massaging my legs. I’ve not found any other place in Colorado that takes such good care of my feet and takes their time.

First I asked the nail lady if she could do this simple design for my acrylics and she said she couldn’t do that, so then I asked her for one of the color options they gave me and the color was way brighter on my nails than it showed on the options. The lady also didn’t shape the acrylics to my nails very well. My acrylics were also very thick.
