Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my granddaughter and niece to this salon. We all had manicures. All our polish was pealing before we got home! It was the worst manicure that I have ever received. She didn’t even clean under my nails! She did all three manicures in about 15 minutes. I will never go the this shop again!Service: Manicure

Critical: Quality, ValuePedicure started great., went to nail Station soaked nails and the tech just went to 2 other pedicures and not once came to check my nail., I finally after 30 minutes rinsed my hands my nails were dry cuticles dry finger tips dry., nails my nails peeling., and I decided to just leave because still the tech nor anyone checked., spoke to the manager he tells me we don’t check you do it yourself., paid full price for pedicure and full price for nails that all was done was me soaking in acetone 30 minutes. Pedicure started great., went to nail Station soaked nails and the tech just went to 2 other pedicures and not once came to check my nail., I finally after 30 minutes rinsed my hands my nails were dry cuticles dry finger tips dry., nails my nails peeling., and I decided to just leave because still the tech nor anyone checked., spoke to the manager he tells me we don’t check you do it yourself., paid full price for pedicure and full price for nails that all was done was me soaking in acetone 30 minutes. Critical: QualityWhile the pedicures were perfectly fine, the manicures could use some work. While they took their time on the pedicures and prep work, they completely rushed the actual nail painting process and the end result is uneven layers and paint that slides off the nail. While the pedicures were perfectly fine, the manicures could use some work. While they took their time on the pedicures and prep work, they completely rushed the actual nail painting process and the end result is uneven layers and paint that slides off the nail. While some would find the quickness efficient, I found that them rushing lowered the quality of their work.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value1st of all the shower curtains they have put up for covid-19 preventive purposes were disgusting like there is spots all over them like they were actually in the shower. they did not clean my chair with Lysol or anything. Then I soaked in warm water which turned to cold water after 45 mins. I asked for a towel to dry my feet off because I couldn’t wait any longer. Cindy charged me $10.00. 1st of all the shower curtains they have put up for covid-19 preventive purposes were disgusting like there is spots all over them like they were actually in the shower. they did not clean my chair with Lysol or anything. Critical: ProfessionalismMs. Cindy and Kevin are good people very nice and professional but daughter or younger lady there Alex is rude and makes fun of good paying customers that come in.
