Magic nails

Critical: QualityI’m from out of town and needed to get a nail fixed. It does not matter where I got my nails done, a true professional should still be able to make the repair look just as good if not better. The old lady did my nail and it was horrible. So I politely gave her instructions on how she could adjust It to make it look like the rest of them. I specifically said that the nail did not have to be the same color because of course I got them done somewhere else so I was not expecting for the color to be identical. The nail tech next to her tried to make a big deal out of the color I selected. Every time I suggested anything regarding my nails, they mumbled something under their breath in their language. The sign on the wall said POLISH CHANGE $13, yet she said it was $15. Their best bet was to charge me that extra $2 because they were not getting a tip from me. I’m from out of town and needed to get a nail fixed. It does not matter where I got my nails done, a true professional should still be able to make the repair look just as good if not better. The old lady did my nail and it was horrible. So I politely gave her instructions on how she could adjust It to make it look like the rest of them. The attention was split as they answered phone calls and had conversations with other individuals. They also switched between each other with each picking up where the other left off. I also felt that they were rude with certain comments like “you messed up the nail” when the paint wasn’t right and “you should have picked the colors” instead of assisting there customers. The paint work wasn’t well either as they left paint on the side of my nail and left lines on the paint. I also didn’t like how they didn’t cut my nails but only filed them down. Finally, my friends and I waited 30 minutes after our appointment time with our feet soaked in water until we were able to have someone work on us. Sadly, not many places are open so you need to settle for what is. The amount they charge isn’t equal to the quality of there work. I’ll be doing my own nails from now on. We arrived and felt that our work was rushed and we weren’t valued as customers. The attention was split as they answered phone calls and had conversations with other individuals. They also switched between each other with each picking up where the other left off. At the time to pay she was charging me $80 for me and my sister so I told her it was separate so she said $52 and when o asked why she said because I picked out two colors, she charged me $52 just because I picked a different color for my ring finger. No design no nothing just plain nails. Overpriced in my opinion, her daughter finished my nails to which I have no complaint. I called and she told me $25 then I show up and she stars doing my nails so I asked how much was it going to be for my nails she said $65 if I wanted gel. The lady gave me an appointment. I showed up and the business was closed. No phone call or nothing. I waited ten minutes and she never showed. Will not attempt to go again. There are plenty of places who will take my money and give me great service. Too bad as I’m a great tipper and she will miss out on that.
