Patron for over 20 years, Van the then owner of Magic Nails ran a professional, beautifully decorated shop, with great ambiance and skilled Cosmologist. It was a fun place—people laughing and joking, complimenting one another on the gorgeous work performed. Van, the most sweet, caring wonderful personality who ever delivered gorgeous lashes, brows, waxing, nails, etc. to a most grateful group of ladies and gentlemen. Had been calling for an appointment for weeks unsuccessfully, the number had changed. On January 21, 2023, called through the website 4-5 times and was told “Van at lunch.” The third call asked for other people who worked in the shop, only to be told they too were at lunch. At this point my concern had peaked. Drove from Santa Monica, walked into the shop and practically tripped over statues, fruit and incense less than 3 feet from the entryway. Commented that it was in a dangerous spot and a Code violation. A young woman entered behind me practically in tears complaining they told her yesterday Van wouldn’t be there (untrue; AND she said they were very rude and nasty) so another lady did the lashes; which lashes looked like a small child did them. I told her to go ahead of me and Van agreed to fix the disaster. Woman who did the lashes pushed past me, another lady and Van and demanded to fix the damage. After many requests that only Van would fix it and “get away from me, don’t touch me.” Repair was made and I chimed “gorgeous! You’re beautiful.” Big smile and she left happy. Of course Van didn’t charge. While sitting next to a lady I’ve known for over 30 years going to world renowned Bishops’ churches in the area, I told her after nearly tripping over the statues, fruit and incense had to speak in tongues. She laughed and we made lite of it.

This nails salon is the best that should be there. Additionally, I would like to recommend you with Tiffany..cuz she is the best nails-tech ever that I know. She is so friendly, thoughful, soft-voice and take care the customer very well. I often come with Tiffany every 2week. You can book her and let she know what you want. I believe that She can work it as best as she can!!!!
