I come here for my pedicures which are always just the quick basics. It’s fine nothing special. But I’ve gotten a full set which was okay as well what you’d expect from this type of salon but the fill I got to day was awful. They’re bubbled in spots not uniform or filed well and lumpy looking. The apex is not in the correct spot and every nail is a different shape. Super disappointed I will either have to find somewhere to fix them or paint over them for now. I knew they wouldn’t be to the caliber of the reference photo but they’re so disappointing

Lee at Magic Nails did a FANTASTIC JOB! she took her time with me and was so friendly and funny, it was a great experience! She was up to do any nail style I asked and had a lot of creative input to my ideas! Very clean and very reasonable prices! She has made a client for life out of me!

I went and stopped in to see if somebody could just remove acrylics and they told me they were busy which is fine. I asked if I could make an appointment and they said again that they’re very busy and kept repeating that when I was asking for any info on when I should come back. They were rude to me instead of instead of giving me an appointment for a later date. I will never go here for anything. The gentleman up front couldn’t even speak to me so some lady was hollering from the back of the very fumey shop.

Just disgusted with this place. I will never bring my business here again and not only will I never refer their business, but I will spread the word to anyone and everyone I know whom gets their nails done, that this place has horrible business practices and the person doing my nails drew blood because he wasn’t paying attending. He nicked me so bad with the electric mail tool that I jumped back so hard I broke the fiberglass barrier between us. Then they want to charge me for gel nails when I only got an acrylic FILL, absolutely no liquid gel was used on my nails. First they said it was for gel I said I had acrylic not gel, she said oh it was acrylic and gel I said NO it wasn’t there was ZERO gel used on my nails it was 100% acrylic and an acrylic fill is only 30.00. And acrylic FULL SET if brand new nails is only 35.00 it says right in the pricing board on the wall. But charged me 40.00 and didn’t even offer to take a penny off the price for hurting me while doing my nails. The lady was extremely rude. I told her I won’t be returning and she said ok good that’s fine! Instead of doing what was right and charging me the correct price for an acrylic fill. Also I came here last year one time and ended up in the hospital with sepsis 3 weeks later. The dr told me I got sepsis from untreated staff infection and that strand of staff infection is commonly and mostly seen in nail salons that do not clean their tools properly. Considering this is the only nail salon I used at the time I’m going to assume they were the source of the staff infection. Because they nicked me 3 tiny spots that time as well. Never thought it would turn into staff infection and sepsis. I only came today because they were the only place taking walk ins with availability. Both times I came to this joke of a nail salon I’ve ended up regretting it majorly so I suggest you do yourselves a major favor and go somewhere else.

Boyfriend and I walked in to get pedicures. They put us in chairs right away, which was nice. We did have to wait at least 45 mins before they started on us, but it was nice to be in the chairs. Overall seemed pretty clean and we were both satisfied with the results. A main complaint on my part is the chemical smell. You can anticipate this at most nail salons, but it was particularly strong here and after sitting there for so long it really wasn’t too pleasant. But overall for the cost and for walking in can’t complain about too much.

Although the work is good, the customer service is disgusting. I made an appointment then had to wait over 30 minutes for a manicure. Plus their salon is gross and unkempt. Just go see DJ at LV Nails across the parking lot….his customer service is awesome. Manicure

It was such a warm welcome walking in. I just moved to town and my expectations were exceeded. Vu took care of me and did an amazing massage after my pedicure and tried a nail design on my acrylic out of his comfort but did a beautiful job. Definitely going back!
