$70 for this. I will never again go to this salon again. I had also asked for an almond shape and was still given coffin. The left hand is very much barely worked on and half done. When they started to do my acrylics they were so good everything was good but then they started cutting me with the drill. when I would jump they would say stop moving and slap my hand. when I called to ask for my nails they were rude and hung up the phone on me ! I do not recommend this nail shop!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve came here for years and unfortunately after my experience today I will never be back. I walked in and was greeted , told them I needed two pedicures. They said it would be a 10 min wait, no problem. I waited 30 minutes with my anxious 2 year old who was super excited to get her toes done for the 1st time. A lady then came up to me saying I’d have to come back or wait an hour more. They had no sympathy for my crying toddler as we had to leave or me. I’ve came here for years and unfortunately after my experience today I will never be back. I walked in and was greeted , told them I needed two pedicures. They said it would be a 10 min wait, no problem. I waited 30 minutes with my anxious 2 year old who was super excited to get her toes done for the 1st time. The place it’s self is clean the young guy was nice but honesty I don’t feel like these nails were worth $60.00 I told the owner my friend got her nails done similar to mine and it was 50.00 he said it’s because I got gold flakes but he also told the young girl a seat down from me hers was going to be 50 and she also received fake nails with gold flakes. I literally watched him do hers while the other guy was doing mine. I heard because she had to tell her mom how much it was before he started.I also tipped 10 because the guy did have conversation with me. It’s a shame I won’t be back.

This use to be my go to nail salon when it was ran by Vicki, but after she passed away the service went down hill. The people running it are extremely rude. They messed up my nail color because the tech doing my nails did not speak English. The service took 3 hours, they took 2 people in the middle of doing my nails. I ran out of time and couldnt stay to fix my nails. I came back the next day and when asked to fix my nails it turned into a big ordeal. I had to go back a few weeks later because my Mom’s nail broke and she needed it fixed and they were extremely rude again. They want your money but if your not a regular you get tossed to the side and given nail techs that don’t listen to your request or even speak English. Way better when the place was ran by Vickie. God rest her soul.

I am always hesitant about new places to get pedicures. I can go in by myself or with several people and I always seem to get the worst one and often leave with scratches up and down my leg. The young lady that worked on my nail beds and cuticles took her time and cleaned everything up real nice! Several leg massages and no scratches! I’m one happy customer and will definitely return on future Galveston visits.
