Terrible customer service & management. Don’t waste your time calling for an appointment because it means nothing. Your valuable time means nothing. Took off work 2 times to come to a dip appointment with Tracy. 1st time I was passed off to another tech who didn’t do them correct. When I asked for them to be corrected I was asked to drive back in from Lead Hill at 7pm. I drove back to have Tracy finish them because I had a trip coming up & honestly wanted what I paid for. Today came in for ANOTHER appointment to get placed with the same lady as last time. I stopped before she started & asked Tracy if she was going to do my nails that my appointment was 30 minutes ago. She looked to the man up front and said “maybe later” what was the point of making an appointment? I walked to the front and asked what I owed for the soak off, a women said nothing. He said do you want to make another appointment. I walked away before I said what was on my mind. Long & short, appointments don’t matter, your fuel doesn’t matter, your time away from work doesn’t matter. Tracy does quality work but I that’s the last time I give my money to this shop.

Older lady with short hair is very hateful and I’m pretty sure she was trying to hurt me on purpose. I said ouch you scratched me one time and from them on she was rough, cut my skin a few times and my toes and feet look horrible. Very dissatisfied! Pedicure

My daughter and I went for pedicures, wasn’t please with ladies doing pedicures. To quick for money we paid. Both ladies were rough with their aim using the cuticle scissors. My daughter complained all evening with cut on her toe. On the plus side, The gel color we got turned out great.

The older lady that works there is so rude. I brought my 9 year old for her birthday. She pushed my daughter in her chair and told her not to get up again or she wouldn’t get her nails done. She made her fingers bleed and got onto her for not being fast enough at choosing her color. DO NOT GO TO THE OLDER LADY!!!! Acrylic nails

I had quit goin last year due to the rudeness of the manager. They have a new manager now!!!. This is the third time I have revisited. They were wonderful did a tremendous job again. and was able to work me in. Was very friendly. Did a powder dip ombré on my nails and they matched a picture I showed them. Spot on. Did pedi gel nail and was spot on there aswell.

Here are my nails after she did them wrong and took them off. Gave pictures for reference which are pictures 2 and 3.. 2 for color, 3 for shape. She put white powder from about half way up my nails to the end of the the acrylic nail .. none of the tips are white, when I told her several times it wasn’t right and she said it was because they didn’t have that color of glitter…the glitter wasn’t the problem, clearly. Highly don’t recommend.
