Critical: PunctualityPoor customer service. I called and asked about an appointment and was asked if I could come right now. I said yes and she asked how long it would take for me to get there, I said 30 minutes, she said that would be perfect. I arrived exactly 30 minutes later to be told its a 45 minute wait because they gave my spot to a walk-in. Beyond frustrated. I’ll take my money else where.Poor customer service. I said yes and she asked how long it would take for me to get there, I said 30 minutes, she said that would be perfect.
