$53 for what I got vs what I wanted. The mushrooms are quickly air brushed on. The black is thicker than expected and the lines are not clean. The paint isn’t evenly layered on and you can see through even the black in large areas. The guy who serviced me hardly spoke to me and seemed to be in a bad mood the whole time. The older man did my nails two days ago. Do these look like I got them done two days ago? The color he did before was a light orange and I had to tell him how bad they looked. I then get rushed to chose a different color. The paint job is bad, it’s catching on my hair already and just an overall bad job. There’s lumps and dry cuticles. TWO DAYS!? I drove an hour and a half to pay for bad service and horrid nails. I will not be returning.

I wanted totally different set of nails and this is what I got. I wanted something longer than what I got and the shape is not what I wanted either. Wont even be a full 24 hours and these will be off of my nails. I went in for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. Asked to speak to a manager and they continued to sit down and yell across the room and wouldn’t even get up to speak to me. Never will be coming back to magic again. I would give this a zero but I can’t so I give it a 1.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had my nails done overseas. They used a thick liquid gel so that my natural nail would not be destroyed. I tried to explain to them what was on my nails and they just yelled and told me it was acrylic. But they don’t use acrylic nails at the place I have been going to. I had my nails done overseas. They used a thick liquid gel so that my natural nail would not be destroyed. I tried to explain to them what was on my nails and they just yelled and told me it was acrylic. But they don’t use acrylic nails at the place I have been going to. They refused to hear me out and made a scene. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: QualityThey did an amazing job on my nails and Magic is the only place I’ve been to that actually does almond shaped nails properly. I have gotten so many compliments! Just make sure to call and set up an appointment before you go as they get very busy.

Critical: QualityNew to the area and needed a nail place for my wife. We travel regularly and have had nails done from coast to coast. This was unfortunately by far the worst nail job ever. There polish is watered down and looks ghetto. The fill around the nail has many defects and unfortunately the paint looked like a blind man did it. We often review and usually look for something positive if the experience isn’t to our liking. Absolutely nothing positive to review here. New to the area and needed a nail place for my wife. We travel regularly and have had nails done from coast to coast. This was unfortunately by far the worst nail job ever. I had 2 walk ins, scheduled me for an hour later, perfect. Very nice, did a perfect job on both of us. Very respectful very nice and a wonderful experience. They did designs other salons in the area have told me no to before, very impressed. Thank you, we love our nails!!

Will not be going back. My friend and I made appointments and specifically asked for Amy and Charlie. When we got there a different man insisted on doing my nails. I repeatedly asked him to make them shorter and he would not. He did not shape them the same at all and the acrylics were lumpy and very thick. He rushed through the whole appointment and barely spoke a word to me. After only five days they were crumbling and had to be removed. Very disappointed!
