My birthday pamper day. We had an appointment for 10:30am we arrived 5mins before. My daughter approached the front des and began speaking with the owner that we were scheduled for a 10:30, but she started looking at meas if i was talking. She turns to the appointment book and asks for her name while acting like it wasn’t there. Again, looking at me, ask what services we would like. My daughter says we would like the deluxe pedi. She tells her the price is $90 plus $25 for the no chip. Then, she looks at me. My daughter tells her im treating her. This want i want. She calls for someone to seat us. Our tech was amazing that did our pedi. The tech that did our nails was gentle, which I like if a male has to do my nails. He listened to my wants and did what I asked. My daughter nails tech as well. Now the thing my daughter says made her very uncomfortable was the owner kept coming back to our station while getting out pedi or you can see her looking over the room divider over at us. I agree it was weird. My daughter says she doesn’t want to go back. The owner acted as if she couldn’t pay for the services they provided. When we were done and she gave us the total. $260 without tips, which my daughter pulled out her card and paid without any hesitant.

I don’t normally leave reviews, and I don’t ever want to bring down an establishments ratings which is why I’m giving them a 3/5 however I want them to be aware that their quality of care has gone down throughout the past few years. I empathize with them wanting to stay busy to make a larger profit, however when clients are getting rushed through their appointments and left waiting a half hour past their scheduled appointment time, there is a disconnect. I left my appointment with the skin on the side of my nails filed down instead of my actual nail because the manicurist was going so fast and didn’t stop until I made an audible noise that she was hitting my skin on multiple fingers. I truly wish the best for this business, but I think a rework of their structure needs to occur for their quality to improve again. Best to all.

I make the drive out to this location bc they always do an amazing job! I also love that they will do your mani & pedi at the same time which makes my life so much easier! I’m always in and out with a long lasting no chip ✨I’ve gone other places and they never compare to this location.

I have been coming here for over 4 years and because I was always happy with my nails I didn’t complain about the price but lately everytime I come here they charge more and more. I asked for French but asked the tech for thin lines on my almond shaped nails. He told me it’s 20 extra for that design. I’m confused? Because I asked for thinner lines than a typical french. Nail tech proceeded to tell me go somewhere else they will charge you too. That is terrible customer service. After reading the reviews I am not the first to complain about this.

I went for a pedicure today they charged me $90 for it, they put on my bill to pay for someone else as well and when I asked for what they charged me they void it. So they charged me twice and now I have to wait 5.days to get my money back.

This place had terrible service. I liked my nails, but the lady at the front desk was very rude. I was in a group and I was waiting for the other ladies to come in. I did not know the name of the party nor knew what we were getting. The lady responded pretty badly and I even had a couple of employees making faces behind me. It was a disappointing experience because I had high hopes for this place. It looked very nice inside, but I can never go back to this establishment ever again.

Walked in without an appointment and although they looked very busy they were able to seat me immediately. My technician was Sammy and she was terrific. Just as she was seating me at the drying station, I smudged one of my freshly painted nails. She was so nice and quickly fixed my mistake. Thank you Sammy! Pedicure, Manicure
