Everyone is very pleasant at this nail salon, but I have been there 3 times now (the last time was with a group recently) and unfortunately every time I have had my nails done, they disregard my requests and instructions and do whatever it is they want.

Our favorite place in Minooka to get nails done! The people at this little place are very nice. They talk when you want to talk and are quiet when you want to stay quiet. They give good service. My pedicures are done nicely – great leg massage! The pedicure lasts quite a while with no chipping. They are usually very busy on weekends with repeat customers who are greeted warmly at the door. My daughter and I only come here when we want our nails done. We tried a few other places but Magic Nails is our favorite!

The lady I was with was rushing and seemed like she was judging the way my nails were. When I walked in she was still outside talking to a coworker. She kept persisting that I bit my nails. Every now and then she would pull down her mask and belch with out a doubt. I was getting my nails fixed because it chipped within 2 day I went to give her a tip and she grabbed my wrist and turned it down. But the rest of the workers are very kind.

The lady I had was rude in many ways. She made me bleed and gave me an attitude about it. When I told her I wanted acrylic nails I guess she “forgot” and gave Mr and attitude again. So I told her that it was fine and she continued. My son was a little fussy and she gave him aluminum foil for the nails. And then went in my wallet to grab my debet. I’ve never went to a nail salon that was bad. My sister-n-law had a nice young girl and from what she said she was really nice.

I just had the absolute worst experience. They were rude & I don’t know how many more times I had to repeat short & round. He had his headphones in, was acting as if he had somewhere more important to be, he was rushing the entire process. I wasn’t in his chair 10 minutes & I had to walk out. My nails are so incredibly short & square?????? I’ve had my nails done plenty of times in my life & I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars. I am so angry.

Everyone is very friendly here. I have been coming off and on for several years. I get gel nails done here and they do a nice job. The reason why I give it 3 stars is for the cleanliness factor of the business. It has seemed to go drastically down in this Department. I just hope that improves.

Donna is the best. Everyone is friendly! Donna is very fast and always does a great job. I went on Sunday 04/23/18 to see Donna for a manicure , pedicure and eyebrow wax and once again she did an amazing job and I was don in an hour and 20 minutes!!!

I went in today for a full set and cat eye manicure. Miss Holly was my nail tech. Not only was I so happy with the results, but she was hilarious, helpful, and on point with her massaging skills ! Im ditching my old nail salon and will definately be a long time customer here from now on.
