The owners both do fabulous work! The wife is more friendly and will talk to you more than the husband; however, I almost prefer the lack of “fake” conversation. I go to the nail salon to be pampered, and to have some quiet time. So, I enjoyed that they respect that. The space is very clean, and they clearly take pride in their work. I do not understand the bad reviews for this place. They are definitely underrated. I always receive great service when I visit.

Critical: ProfessionalismUsed to be my favorite place. The wife does an amazing job, unfortunately her husband is extremely rude. Last time I came they had trouble with their machine and swiped my card 3 times. My bank put a hold on my money all 3 times. I called to let them know what happened and to make sure I was only charged once which I was. I went back in today for a pedicure which looks amazing, but the husband asked me about my account and then told me I had no right to ask him how many times he charged me because they do things right. Mind you, it had his salon name on all 3 charges. They have lost me as a customer because he raised his voice at me and told me I had no right to question him last time. Used to be my favorite place. The wife does an amazing job, unfortunately her husband is extremely rude. Last time I came they had trouble with their machine and swiped my card 3 times. My bank put a hold on my money all 3 times. I called to let them know what happened and to make sure I was only charged once which I was. I am content with the workmanship, but the owners are very rude at times and do not act as if they care to have repeat business. The male technician/owner acts as if he is never wrong (has went as far as arguing with me that a polish that was clearly pink, was grey just so he would not have to correct his mistake) and can be very rude and snippy. I had a tip break off, probably from not being glued to the nail well, only 10 minutes after leaving the shop. I paid $83.00 for a full acrylic set with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish. I WAS CLEARLY OVER CHARGED NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT. So when I went back to have it fixed because, you would think that they would want their work to be done right and their customers happy. Boy was I wrong. He argued with me that I broke it off because I wasn’t careful with my hands (If you have to act as if you are a princess to keep them from breaking off, you’ve done something wrong) even though I showed him where there was a very, very small dot (less than 1/4 of a cm wide) of glue on my nail and the acrylic tip and that it was only being help in place with the acrylic overlay. Eventually he did fix it free of charge but, the entire time was very rough and snippy with his interactions. Personally, if I pay you $83.00 for a “Spa” experience, like what is boasted on their Menus and their store front, you would think that a simple fix like that would have never have turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
