If I could zero star this place I woulda Next time you think of getting your nails done do not come here, very unprofessional people. My nails are only barely a couple days old and they are chipping lifting at the cuticle and one nail broke off they look very dusty the person who did my nails didn’t even dust or clean off my nails before putting on clear coat. I have bubbles they look awful. They did not want to help me even after i went in to show them. Do not go here. And then on top of that they wanna charge me half of what I paid for to get them repaired. When I already paid $40 + tip. Very disappointed

My sister and I went in on a Thursday. To have fill ins and pedicures done for our brothers wedding. My nails was not currently all the way. So the paint started chipping off with in a day. Thd polish has bubbles and don’t look even. The pedicures. My sister started her pedicure 15 minutes before I started mine. But some how mine was done at the same time as hers. I would not recommend this place.

I just paid $40 for the worst full set I’ve ever gotten! My nails have dry spots where the gel polish is missing as well as being way too thick and uneven. I expressed I was upset in the most respectful way I could before leaving. The best advice the woman had was to have the same guy that messed my nails up to fix them. Chris has done a great job in the past but he’s gone and this place might as well close. The work I had done was amateur and the lack of customer service was evident. Posh nails and sky nails aren’t far and do a much better service.

The lady in there does a good job. But all of the employees are very rude. They talk amongst themselves in there language of course and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have an issue with my nail on my big toe which I need to have an acrylic nail put on. The man wouldn’t do, he made a big deal about it and stopped my pedicure the lady came put the nail on no problem. Which had been done in the same nail salon before. Honestly I was embarrassed because they kept talking back and forth in front of the other customers about it.

This was the first time having my nails done here. The service was great, staff freindly, and polite… until other customers started to arrive, then it felt like I was being rushed through. I asked before anyone arrived for a design to be applied, I was ignored after the other customers arrived…. I was very annoyed, that I didn’t get what I wanted. There are other salons that will do as I ask.

Their customer service was awful. Shorthanded and rushed through customers. I had a color change on my nails and a pedicure. My nails had polish around the edges. My pedicure was very quick, when getting your nails done should be relaxing.
