Worst experience of my life I paid 120 for two sets of simple nails and to get my daughters nails painted and they are so messed up looking bumpy and already falling off it was my daughters bday and that’s what she wanted but it was a dreadful experience and she never wants to do it again and I’ve never paid 50 dollars for a full set in my life so my expectations were high on top of y’all making us give you a rating in the middle of us getting our nails you took my phone and gave yourself A 5 star rating from my phone. To pushy and expensive rushed through it and not professional at all it’s a place to be pampered and that is not what we got.

This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to. The gel powder is too thick and bulky, there is residue from the powder stuck to my hands and the polish looks like it was done by a child! The employees/ owners had the audacity to be upset with me for not liking the terrible job they did which I still paid $55 for. I would have been happier to give that money to.a person in need or even shred it in my garden to be recycled ♀️

Great job the man who did my nails and eyebrows was very nice. I was very hesitant at first because of reviews but needed eyebrows done and proceeded to do nails as well. They are just gel overlayed on my nails and they look great. Thank you for your Great customer service!

Horrible service!!! All they want is your money!! I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there. I was treated unfairly on today. I’m thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau because the water was too hot for my feet it was literally unbearable like why would you do that too a customer and not only that I was yelled at like I’m a kid, im 47 yrs old I would never disrespect another woman in a place of business like that WE are the reason their store is kept open but I’ll never go there again!!!! Not only that they talk about us in their language I strongly recommend y’all download an app so you understand what their saying because it’s wrong. Gel polish $20 that’s way too much for and just to get your nails clipped down when you’re getting them done that’s extra like what are they trying to do nickle and dime us to death but enough is enough!
