Called and got same day appointment, professional, polite, did exactly what I asked for, even suggested I get the dip powder which would last longer with my kind of work I do, and he was right! I highly recommend and their prices are better then Gaffney nails

This place is great if you are in a pinch and okay with being treated unprofessionally. When I first walked in, I was not greeted or anything, but since it was Saturday and the only place that had an opening I took a seat. Two women came in after me, one was greeted right away and welcomed to a chair. (Again, I did have an appointment.) After about 15 minutes of waiting an employee came to the front and asked who called for a pedicure at 12:30, myself and another woman both raised our hands. I told the other lady I called at 11:30 and that I had to be somewhere and she claimed she called as well. The employee seemed irritated and said “Well both of you just come on to the back.” So we did and the irritated employee got started on me. I asked her if she could do a simple flower design I found online, she replied with “no” so I asked if she could do something similar and she said yes. (Although the outcome was no where near similar.) During the whole process she made no effort to converse and the “massage” if you could call it that lasted less than a minute on each leg. The whole pedicure honestly lasted about 20 minutes. I was charged $5 extra for her “flower design”. It wasn’t HORRIBLE but it definitely was not what I wanted. I would rather drive out of my way next time or just wait a few extra days to go to the people I trust rather then go back to this unfriendly place.

Made an appointment for today @ 10am for me and my sister. My sister was able to get her nails and pedi done when it came down to my turn for my fill in everybody that came through the door went before me. This is the first time since I have been going there which has been years that I have been treated this way. So with that o will not be back. Ever so very unprofessional for this and It only takes one time for me
