I received services right away without waiting. The young lady did a great job. My nails were not too thick and shaped perfect. She made conversations with me almost the entire time, which I enjoyed. Most nail techs don’t talk much. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with an old set removed and a new full set with two colors. Very happy. They didn’t have snowflake stickers. She offered to paint them, but freehand designs usually don’t go well for me.

Poor tracking system to determine which customer goes next. There is a sign in sheet , but don’t bother signing in because technicians do not check the sign in list. I waited 2 hours just for another customer to walk in and take my turn even though I was next. It is not the customer’s responsibility to tell you who is next. Poor communication as well. Technicians do not communicate that they may have a appointment come in, so walk ins get pushed aside. I will happily spend my money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time !

Hey, my luvies! It’s definitely been a long while since I’ve been on here. But, as the saying goes..”I’M BACK!” Anyways y’all already know I be out here in these Carolinas n Charlotte streets. Bringing, you all the good, the bad, and the ugly from these Merchants. So..u need to check this place out. Only, place I go to get my nails done. Crystal does an amazing job, and all of them do great pedicures. Don’t sleep on the little shops. As amazing as the pedicure was, and the lady that did the pedicure was, I will not be returning. My gel manicure didn’t last a week. The polish completely lifted off of 5 or six nails within days. The nails were repaired for free but I was met with skepticism by the guy that did the repairs. By the end of the night more nail polish had lifted, instead of returning, I went elsewhere.

Horrible place, very rude. I tried to ask about their services and was told I can go somewhere else. I am not from SC so was honestly asking so I knew what they can do. Lesson learned I will never be anywhere where they treat their clients rude and did a horrible job on purpose.
