T, the owner is the only person I trust with my nails. The rest of the crew is good as well but T has a way of knowing exactly what you want with little to no instructions. I come in with just colors picked out and he does the rest and they’re always fire. Friendly and fun environment as well always cracking jokes and laughing.

Whole new staff. The place needs a good vacuuming. You better like “Friends”, “Young Sheldon” or other American sit-coms, that’s all that’s on. I miss Kelly, David and their spouses. They were friendly, my tech today couldn’t stay seated with me and didn’t want to chat. No neck ribs, no hot towels, no hand lotion.

Terrible quality nail painting. Uneven coats, horrible cuticle care. The young guy who is a nail tech (owners son possibly) is extremely rude and has a very aggressive personality with customers. He watched T.V. the whole time he was doing my manicure and pedicure. It was pathetic to be honest. Owner was not very nice with the girl he was doing nails for either. The poor girl was telling him what she would like done and he was just doing what he wanted to do. She was not happy….weird. Place looks dirty too. Go somewhere with a bit of professionalism…

Never on time, doesn’t take their time, artistry isn’t perfected and appointment booking needs to be greatly improved. It isn’t fair to be waiting 30+ minutes with an appointment in book. Taking another client whist having one scheduled is very rude. Scheduling ahead of time is for reason and should be taken seriously. As a Nail Tech myself, the salon is very unprofessional. Very. Never on time, doesn’t take their time, artistry isn’t perfected and appointment booking needs to be greatly improved.
