Tried this place out a few months ago based on positive reviews & was very disappointed. The owner talked me out of the powder gel that I requested, then proceeded to use an electric file to remove the polish that was on my nails, ultimately ruining the integrity of my nail-beds. Technician did not ask about length and cut way too short… Took 2 months for my nails to get back to normal. Yes, the owner & staff are very nice, however the service was not at all what I expected from reading other reviews. For that reason I thought I should write my own review so others do not have the same experience I did.
